Heather is the founder of Mana Life Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College in 1998 and her Master of Social Work from Marywood University in 2005.
In addition to her clinical licenses, Heather is a Certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and holds Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). She brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to each session and has worked extensively with adults, couples, families, and seniors.
Heather also provides clinical supervision for social workers working toward independent licensure, and holds a Clinical Supervision Certification from the National Association of Social Workers, New Jersey Chapter (NASW-NJ).
Focus areas: addiction & recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship and family counseling, anger, DOT/SAP evaluations, and clinical supervision.
Jerah earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Campbell University in 1994 and a Master of Education in Counseling from Georgia Southern University in 1998. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and North Carolina with over 15 years of experience in mental health and crisis counseling.
Jerah is also a Research and Evaluation Associate and Program Manager with the Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness at Penn State University, where she has extensive experience in the evaluation and implementation of mental health programs and protocols.
Focus areas: anxiety, depression, crisis counseling, life transitions, ADHD & focus, and support for Veterans.
Stefanie is a Certified Trauma Professional and Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a trauma specialist, she considers herself a non-traditional therapist, working with each client to build a healing treatment plan personalized to their needs.
Stefanie has a special focus working with survivors of domestic violence, violent crimes, and sexual assault, as well as veterans, law enforcement officers, first responders, and anyone who puts their life on the line. She supports clients struggling with symptoms under the PTSD umbrella: anxiety, depression, dissociation, flashbacks, nightmares, and nervous system dysregulation.
Focus areas: trauma & PTSD, domestic violence recovery, veterans & first responders, anxiety, and depression.
Corri earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Kutztown University in 2003 and her Master of Social Work in 2005. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
Corri’s areas of practice are grief, loss, caregiver support, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is a long-time Licensed Medical Social Worker with a local hospice program, where she continues to support patients and families through end of life. That experience informs her deeply compassionate approach to grief and major life change.
