Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT)
This therapy has been found effective in treatment for various mood disorders and anxiety disorders. It is useful for people who have experienced chronic depression and unhappiness. MBCT combines the elements of CBT with meditative practices and cultivation of present-oriented and non-judgemental practice.

Learn to recognize and reassess negative thinking patterns, replace these with more positive thinking patterns and change the way in which you react to these patterns.
