What to expect
- Learn to better be aware of and in touch with your mind and the symptoms of your mood disorder and learn to develop a new relationship with these.
- Learn to consciously pay attention to your thougths and feelings
- Learn to recognize and reassess negative thinking patterns, replace these with more positive thinking patterns and change the way in which you react to these patterns.
