Therapies utilized

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    A solution-oriented form of talk therapy that looks to help you modify and understand emotions, behaviors, and thoughts that are counterproductive, self-destructive and unhealthy. CBT focuses on present circumstance and emotions in real time.
  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
    Combines CBT with mindfulness, breathing exercises and meditation practices.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
    Form of talk therapy focused on the patient’s relationship with his or her external world. Helps the patient understand how repressed and unconscious emotions affect current decision-making, behavior, and relationships.
  • Individual therapy
    One-on-one collaborative approach to help you identify goals and potential solutions to address emotional distress. Working to improve communication, , coping skills, improve self-esteem and assist with behavioral changes. Session range from 30-55 minutes in length.
