Psychodynamic Therapy Form of talk therapy focused on the patient’s relationship with his or her external world. Helps the patient understand how repressed and unconscious emotions affect current decision-making, behavior, and relationships.
Individual therapy One-on-one collaborative approach to help you identify goals and potential solutions to address emotional distress. Working to improve communication, , coping skills, improve self-esteem and assist with behavioral changes. Session range from 30-55 minutes in length.
